Maui Needs Your Help

Dear Friends and Supporters of Rebuild Maui Org,

We are thrilled to announce that Maui Flow Fest is returning on May 10, 2025 at The Hyatt Regency Ka'anapali Resort and Spa, and we want you to be part of this transformative event.

Last year, we welcomed 600 teens from every high school across Maui, making it the largest youth mental health event in the State of Hawaii, EVER.

Why Maui Flow Fest?

Maui Flow Fest is more than just a celebration; it's a lifeline. It connects teens with essential mental health resources, promotes drug and alcohol prevention, and deepens cultural awareness—all in a joyous, non-clinical setting.

This Year’s Highlights:

  • Top Service Providers: Including Aloha House, Maui Behavioral Health Resources, YMCA, MEO, Teen Line, Hero Project, Good 360, Hawaii Community Foundation & more.

  • Exciting Activities: From dodgeball to luau dances, we craft fun, alcohol-free ways for teens to connect.

  • DJ and Dinner: Expect top-tier entertainment and a full dinner, all free of charge.

  • Focus on Social Media: Addressing its impact on mental health among our youth.

Mission

At MYHAP Maui Flow Fest, our mission is to nurture the resilience and well-being of Maui’s youth through culturally informed, engaging, and safe social events. In the aftermath of adversity, we aim to foster a sense of unity, joy, and community among high school students, offering them a positive outlet for expression and connection. By providing a wholesome environment free from the distractions of technology, substances, and societal pressures, we strive to address and mitigate the impacts of trauma, prevent teen suicide, and promote mental health and inclusivity. Through these efforts, we endeavor to empower our young people to thrive as healthy, connected members of our island 'ohana, paving the way for a stronger, more vibrant future for all of Maui.

Vision

Our vision is to create a transformative community where every young person on Maui feels valued, understood, and connected, transcending the challenges of adversity through the power of communal celebration and support. We envision the MYHAP Maui Flow Fest as a cornerstone of youth empowerment on the island, inspiring a generation of resilient, compassionate, and engaged individuals. By fostering a culture of health, inclusion, and joy, we aim to catalyze lasting positive change in the lives of our youth, ensuring they have the resources, support, and opportunities to heal, grow, and lead. Through unity and shared purpose, we aspire to build an enduring legacy of strength, hope, and prosperity for Maui, making it a model of community-driven recovery and youth engagement worldwide.
