MYHAP Maui Flow Fest Code of Conduct

 

Welcome to the MYHAP Maui Flow Fest! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience for everyone, we have established the following Code of Conduct. Your participation in this event signifies your agreement to abide by these rules. Remember, our goal is to create a fun, respectful, and wholesome environment for all attendees.

 

Respect for All:

- Treat everyone with kindness, respect, and dignity.

- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

 

Dress Code:

- Adhere to the semi-formal dress code. No offensive or inappropriate attire is allowed. 

- No hats allowed

- men must have a collared shirt

 

Behavior:

- Act responsibly and with integrity.

- No fighting, threatening behavior, or disruptive actions.

 

Substance-Free Event:

- This is a drug and alcohol-free event. Possession or use of such substances will result in immediate removal from the event.

- No smoking or vaping is allowed at the venue.

 

Safety and Security:

- Follow all safety instructions provided by event organizers, security personnel, and the venue.

- Report any concerns or unsafe situations to a staff member immediately.

 

Property Respect:

- Respect the venue and its property. Vandalism or misuse of property will not be tolerated.

- Clean up after yourself to help maintain a clean environment for everyone.

 

Photography and Media:

- Be mindful of others when taking photos or videos. Always ask for consent before capturing images of attendees.

- Respect privacy; do not post images or videos of others without their permission.

 

Entry and Participation:

- Present valid school ID upon entry.

- Anyone found in violation of these rules will be asked to leave immediately and may be subject to further disciplinary actions.

 

Police and Security Presence:

- Police and security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure everyone's safety and to enforce the Code of Conduct.

 

Have Fun and Be Yourself:

- Enjoy the music, activities, and the company of your fellow Maui high schoolers. This is a night for fun, laughter, and making memories!
